OMG Meet Refund policy
In short: unused purchases are refundable, Premium can be cancelled anytime, and you're never billed for call time you didn't get.
Minute packs
- Unused purchased minutes are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase (in full if untouched, otherwise pro rata for the unused part).
- After 14 days, unused purchased minutes are refunded pro rata if you close your account, if we ban you for a reason other than fraud or chargeback abuse, or if OMG Meet shuts down.
Premium plans
- Cancel anytime in your account or by email; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for and won't renew.
- If you haven't used any Premium benefit (bonus minutes or gifts), you can get a full refund within 14 days of the first payment or a renewal.
- Used bonus minutes are not refundable. The 30-day offer and the 3-day trial follow the same rules.
Technical problems
Calls are billed per second only while connected. If a call fails or drops because of a fault on our side, write to us with the time and we'll return the minutes.
Not refundable
- Free trial minutes and bonus minutes (no money was paid for them separately).
- Minutes already used in calls or for gifts.
How to ask
Email mcsorley.cameron@googlemail.com from your account's email address with the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Verotel, normally within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — it's faster. A chargeback removes the related minutes or Premium and blocks further purchases on the account.
