OMG Meet Terms
These terms cover OMG Meet (omgvchat.com/meet), the paid 1-to-1 video service operated by Cameron Mcsorley. The free random chat at omgvchat.com is covered by the OMG Chat Terms.
1. Operator

2. Who can use OMG Meet
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms.
- Men connect only to verified women (“models”). Models also accept the Model agreement.
- You must follow the content rules. OMG Meet is not an adult or explicit service.
3. Minutes, Premium and prices
Calls are charged per second from your minute balance. Video chat requires an active Premium plan: no minutes — including free trial, bonus and purchased minutes — can be used without active Premium. New men receive 0 free trial minutes once, credited after confirming their email and usable while Premium is active. Prices (EUR, incl. VAT where applicable):

- Minutes are used in this order: trial minutes, then Premium bonus minutes, then purchased minutes.
- Bonus minutes included with Premium can be used while your Premium is active and expire when it ends. Purchased minute packs don't expire while your account is open, and can be used whenever your Premium is active.
- Auto-renewal: Premium plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — Premium then stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
- Gifts cost minutes from your Premium bonus or purchased balance (not trial minutes); the model receives a share.
- Minutes have no cash value and can't be transferred, except for refunds under the Refund policy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider Verotel (Yoursafe B.V., Amsterdam), which may appear on your statement. We don't store your card details. Paid features are only available once payments are switched on; until then nothing is charged.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
When you buy minutes or Premium you ask us to start immediately. You keep a 14-day right of withdrawal for anything you haven't used: unused purchases are refunded in full. Once you have used minutes or Premium benefits, you lose the right of withdrawal for the part you used. Details in the Refund policy.
6. Calls
- Video goes directly between the two devices or through an encrypted relay. We don't record calls.
- Chat messages in a call are stored for up to 30 days for safety and then deleted; machine translation is provided as is.
- We don't guarantee that a model is online at any given time. We never use bots, fake profiles or fake online numbers.
7. Moderation
We may end calls, remove minutes obtained by fraud, and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the rules. Purchased, unused minutes of a banned account are refunded unless the ban was for fraud or chargeback abuse.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. If you dispute a payment with your bank, the related minutes or Premium are removed and further purchases are blocked until it is resolved.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for foreseeable damage from breach of essential obligations, limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Changes, law
We'll notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance; price changes for Premium apply from the next renewal and you can cancel before. Dutch law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
