OMG Meet Model agreement

1. Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You decide if and when you're available. Nothing here creates employment, partnership or agency. You're responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and any registration required in your country.

2. Eligibility and verification

• You are at least 18 and use only your own account.
• You agree to identity verification: a selfie with a code and a photo of your ID, reviewed by a person and deleted after review (we keep your date of birth and the review result).
• You agree to random liveness checks during calls (e.g. showing a gesture). Missing or failing checks can take you offline or end the agreement.

3. Content

You must follow the content rules at all times: no nudity or sexual content, no minors in view, no recording, no contact or payment details, no requests for money outside OMG Meet.

4. Earnings

• For paid call time you earn a fixed rate per paid minute, counted per second: Starter €0.10/min from 0 cumulative paid minutes; Bronze €0.12/min from 1,000 cumulative paid minutes; Silver €0.15/min from 3,000 cumulative paid minutes; Gold €0.18/min from 6,000 cumulative paid minutes. Your level is based on your total paid minutes and is not lowered.
• For gifts you receive you earn 35% of their net value (what the man paid, minus payment processing fees of about 15.5% and VAT where applicable).
• Free previews and free trial minutes are not paid.
• Your dashboard shows a per-call ledger. Earnings on payments that are refunded or charged back within 180 days may be reversed.
• We'll give at least 14 days' notice before reducing your rates; you can stop at any time.

5. Payouts

• Payouts start once payments go live. Then you can request a payout once your balance reaches €50; we pay within 14 days to the bank account (IBAN) in your dashboard or to a Verotel/Yoursafe Talent account.
• Before the first payout we need your legal name, address, date of birth and tax ID. EU law (DAC7) requires us to report this and your annual earnings to the tax authority.

6. Privacy

We process your data to verify you, run calls, pay you and meet legal duties, as described in the Privacy Policy. Payout details are stored server-side and never shown to other users.

7. Ending

You can stop anytime by contacting us or deleting your account (earned, unpaid balances above €50 are still paid out). We can suspend or end this agreement for breach of the rules, fraud or legal reasons; earnings obtained through breach may be withheld.
