Manage or cancel your subscription
In short You can cancel OMG Premium at any time. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Subscribed on the website (card / Stripe)
- Open omgvchat.com and sign in with the same account you subscribed with.
- Tap the profile icon to open Settings.
- Tap Manage subscription. A secure Stripe page opens where you can cancel, update your card and download invoices.
Subscribed in the Android app (Google Play)
Google Play subscriptions are managed by Google: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose OMG Chat and tap Cancel subscription. In the app you can also go to Settings → Manage in Google Play.
Can't sign in, or need help?
Email memegrinders@gmail.com with the subject “Cancel my OMG Premium” from the email address you paid with (or include the date and amount of the charge). We'll cancel it and confirm by email.
On your card statement, OMG Chat web payments normally show as ABFYK* OMGCHAT. See the Terms of Service (section 7) for details.
